Executive Leadership coaching is an ongoing professional relationship that helps people produce extraordinary results in their lives, careers, businesses or organisations. It is primarily future-focussed, using techniques and insights to create a profound difference to personal and business performance. Coaching provides a safe place to talk, explore and discover. A professional coach's primary attention is to tap into the client's own vision, wisdom and directed action in service of the client's self-identified agenda. The coach's job is to provide support to enhance the skills, resources, and creativity that the client already has.

More than two-fifths of organisations (44%) now offer coaching to all employees,
while 39% offer it to directors and senior management. A third offer coaching to
senior managers (33%) and line managers/supervisors (33%).
