Every coaching interaction at Open Water is unique and designed to focus on the specific needs and outcomes of the individual, team, or organisation. Each alliance between coach and coachee will be designed on an ongoing basis, fed by feedback, reviews and evaluations.

We use a structured as well as a dynamic approach to our coaching engagements; a structure which defines the goals and vision, offering the client and their organisation a sense of direction and progress; a dynamic coaching process responding to the client’s immediate and evolving needs and insights.

Open Water coaches draw from a wide range of coaching disciplines and models so we can tailor the coaching and create a perfect match between the coach and coachee.The coach acts as a catalyst and an inspiration, enabling people to develop new plans, increase confidence and self - awareness, create effective new habits and improve their performance.

We recognise that demanding development goals need to be supported and improvements in business performance must be visible and/or measurable. Wherever possible we build in measurement, assessment and evaluation.

Purpose of coaching

as part of a wider management and leadership development programme (61%),
general personal development (61%), as a remedy in cases of poor performance (56%)
